Indeed, perhaps the remedy would be to just swipe, but not wait for approval, the receipt to be printed out, nor sign for the transaction, rather, just swipe grab your goods and "walk away." Tell the judge you saw it on tv......the brainwashing of the masses in assisting corporate monitoring of their spending habits. Baaaaaaaa! Baaaaaa!!
