ENOUGH FOR NOW?..

Ok, I have to take a break now. I can?t keep up with the torrent of letters and transferring them into the blog takes time. I have been at it for nearly
two hours and my fingers hurt.

Clearly, if you read all of these letters you can see how this issue and concern resonates. We can make this a bigger issue and need to. We will have some concrete suggestions next week on next steps. We are hoping that a planned new SHOW US THE WAR campaign with many more media and political participants takes off asap, and we intend to join it. Stay tuned.

HELP US NOW

There is a way you can help right no. I am sure you?ve hear that many funders experience ?fatique.? If this work is to continue, we need your help to get the word out. If everyone of you could come up with $50 or more, that would help keep us going. Tax deductible donations can be be made by check to The Global Center (Mark Mediachannel.org in the lower left corner.) Send to us at 575 8th Avenue, New York, New York l0018 #2200.You can also donate with a credit card via Pen Pal.

WMD SCREENS IN NYC TOMORROW AFTERNOON

If you live in New York, you can come and see WMD on the big screen Saturday at 5:50 PM at the Eureka Film festival at the Anthology Film Archives at Second Avenue and Second Street.

No matter where you live you can circulate this blog and our campaign appeal to your friends. Sign them up for our free blogs and the Media Savvy newsletter. The other day, a Marine colonel called to tell us he loves Media Savvy. Maybe there’s hope.

Have a great weekend.

"Curtailment of free speech is rationalized on grounds that a more compelling American tradition forbids criticism of the government when the nation is at war...Nothing can be more destructive of our fundamental democratic traditions than the vicious effort to silence dissenters."
