You Say ‘Military Necessity,’ I Say Torture
Below are pictures sent to Danny by Q. Schmidt. They show a group of protesters in Switzerland that donned fatigues and created a replica of Guantanamo Bay and Abu Graib along a march route. Some marched as prison guards; others in hoods as prisoners. Schmidt writes, “here something to laugh, the pictures shows how the people in the basel (switzerland) carneval sees the pseudo freedom-president g.w. bush!!!”
All pics link to a full-size version.

Danny this comment is in relation to the post on depleted uranium. Danny I find the huge number of alleged “Gulf War Era” veterans to be highly suspicious. I think that there is something phony about them and I think you might do well to check it out. It’s not only the “mainstream” press that is capable of error and distortion.

Danny,
February 25th, 2005 at 9:08 pmWill history remember Guantanamo and Abu Graib as the US’s Concentration Camps.
The policies and procedures in place have not
improved to include the rules of decent humanity. The Republican use of religeon to justify cruel and unusual treatment can be likened to the inquisition, if not that used by the Germans in our recent past.
