The policies and procedures in place have not
improved to include the rules of decent humanity.  The Republican use of religeon to justify cruel and unusual treatment can be likened to the inquisition, if not that used by the Germans in our recent past.</description>

Danny I find the huge number of alleged "Gulf War Era" veterans to be highly suspicious.  I think that there is something phony about them and I think you might do well to check it out.  It's not only the "mainstream" press that is capable of error and distortion.
